Where can you pick us up?

For airport transfers, our driver meets arriving passengers in the arrivals hall holding a Pasilla Travel sign. Share your flight number and scheduled landing time so we can coordinate pickup. Full-day tours include hotel pickup and return in Kraków or Zakopane; send your hotel or pickup address so we can confirm the arrangements.

How do I book and when do I pay?

Submit the availability form to continue in WhatsApp. Your booking is not confirmed until Pasilla Travel replies. Payment is cash only and due at the end of the trip day; this website does not take payment.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

If a passenger does not arrive within 40–45 minutes of the agreed pickup time, the trip is cancelled. For other changes or cancellations, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Which vehicle should I choose, and how much luggage fits?

The sedan is for up to 4 guests and the passenger van is for up to 7. Tell us your group size and luggage amount in WhatsApp so we can recommend the right vehicle.

What if the weather changes?

Mountain weather and attraction conditions can change. Contact us close to your travel date to confirm conditions and discuss possible itinerary adjustments.

Can you provide a child seat?

Please include the child’s age and seat needs in your WhatsApp request. We will confirm availability before your booking is finalized.

Do we sign an agreement before each trip?

Yes. Before each trip, both parties sign an agreement to support everyone’s safety.
